The post-conference board meeting took a couple of steps that will streamline TCHA operations while making member interaction easier.
We are working with the company which prints our workbooks to set up a more sophisticated online store, which will allow you to directly order merchandise. It will also provide membership forms so members can renew and new members can join online.
I am also adding features to make it easier to opt in to the cost-saving electronic newsletters, while maintaining dead-tree issues for those who prefer them.

The board also welcomed new directors Ron Ryle and Erwin Ballarta, and reelected officers.
